Educational Qualification
Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil) – Candidates should be B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. He/she should have a minimum of 20 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Construction.
Additional General Manager (Design) – Candidates should have B.E /B.Tech degree in Civil engineering graduate and M.E./M. Tech. in Structural/Design Engineering from a recognized institution. He/she should have a minimum of 18 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization.
Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) – Candidates should have B.E /B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation from a recognized institution. He/she should have a minimum of 10 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization.
Deputy General Manager (E&M) – Candidate must be a B.E /B.Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical /Electrical & Electronics / Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent) engineering graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
Manager (Signalling) – Candidate must be a B.E /B.Tech (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communications/Applied Electronics/ Industrial Electronics/ Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent) engineering graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
Assistant Manager (Operations) – Candidate must be B.E. /B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical or Equivalent engineering from a Government recognized University/Institute.
Selection Process
According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be selected for vacant positions based on a scheduled interview and an evaluation of their submitted documentation. Salary
- In accordance with the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 280000
- Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil)– The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of upto Rs. 280000.
- Additional General Manager (Design)– The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of upto Rs. 260000.
- Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) and Deputy General Manager (E and M)– The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of upto Rs. 200000.
- Manager (Signalling)– The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of upto Rs. 180000.
- Assistant Manager (Operations)– The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of upto Rs. 160000.
